Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in at least one of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, OTC, food supplements, dermocosmetics, or medical devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies in the ASEAN region.
- Find new distributors and business partners for dietary supplements, dermocosmetics, and medical devices.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build a strong customer portfolio and strengthen existing relationships in the regional market.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Analyze market trends in the ASEAN region to evaluate sales opportunities.
- Develop and present business proposals and partnership models to potential distributors.
- Manage the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop product positioning and pricing strategies tailored to the ASEAN market.
- Monitor sales performance and take action to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions and achieve objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits and build strong relationships.
- Manage post-sales support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
