Required Industry Experience: Sales experience in the pharmaceutical, OTC, food supplements, dermocosmetics, and medical devices sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in at least one of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, OTC, food supplements, dermocosmetics, or medical devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies in the ASEAN region.
  2. Find new distributors and business partners for dietary supplements, dermocosmetics, and medical devices.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  4. Build a strong customer portfolio and strengthen existing relationships in the regional market.
  5. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  6. Analyze market trends in the ASEAN region to evaluate sales opportunities.
  7. Develop and present business proposals and partnership models to potential distributors.
  8. Manage the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop product positioning and pricing strategies tailored to the ASEAN market.
  10. Monitor sales performance and take action to meet revenue goals.
  11. Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions and achieve objectives.
  12. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  13. Conduct face-to-face customer visits and build strong relationships.
  14. Manage post-sales support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
