We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in the interior design and building material industry. Your main goal is to grow B2B sales and build long-term partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers. If you are passionate about design, proactive in selling, and have experience in decorative or building materials, this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients (e.g., interior studios, architecture firms, developers, contractors).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

-Pitch and present Sandeco’s product line to potential partners or clients.

  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to tailor project solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines, samples, and after-sales service.
  • Gather customer insights to improve product-market fit.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to brand growth in the market.

Requirements

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in interior materials, coatings, paints, or building materials.
  • Solid network in architecture, interior design, or construction industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and visit project sites or clients.
  • Creative mindset and an eye for aesthetics is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
