Job description

Minimum S-1 degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering from a reputable university (e.g., UI, UGM, UNPAD). A Master's degree is preferred.

Age between 35 and 45 years old.

Preferably holds certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Strategic Planning Professional (SPP).

Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development & Merger & Acquisition roles.

Strong financial modeling abilities, analytical skills, and understanding of commercial business models and portfolio management principles.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential Merger & Acquisition opportunities.
2. Conduct detailed due diligence on various aspects of target companies.
3. Perform financial models and valuations for investment decisions, feasibility studies, and other purposes such as capital raising.
4. Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Lead negotiations and manage the entire M&A process from initial contact to closing.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
7. Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets to ensure strategic alignment.
8. Lead and achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to drive growth.
9. Lead and oversee process improvement projects (continuous improvement).
