This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
You will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring long-term profitability and quality of our customer portfolio.
Job Description:
• Acquire new customers based on leads generated by market Management and generate own leads
• Identify cross-and-up selling opportunities
• Establish relationships with fronting insurers and brokers
• Meet monthly and annual sales target
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
• Min 5-year of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Excellent and strong presentation and negotiation skill, also strong ability to maintain data analysis or using digital AI
• Proven sales track record/achievements
• Sales driven and a self-motivator
• Strong interpersonal personality and presence
