Job description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding (Export/Import, Ocean, Air, Land) and Contract Logistics.

Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.

Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with operations and finance.

Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and rates with customers.

Set targets, monitor performance, and coach the team for improvement.

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery aligns with clients' expectations.

Track Sales KPIs and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Logistics and International Freight Forwarding.

Proven track record of success in sales or business development within the freight industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English both Oral and Written.
