Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential tenants, business partners, and key decision-makers for leasing and collaboration opportunities.
2. Handle business negotiations with local and international clients.
3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize property and commercial value.
4. Maintain good relationships with existing tenants and stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as leasing, legal, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities; suggest new marketing strategies.
7. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
8. Drive sales performance and report progress to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of real estate leasing, social media advertising, and tenant relations, especially with foreign entities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
