Business Development Manager will spearhead business development for FSS in the Oil & Gas and Process markets, enhancing penetration in both local and global ecosystems to drive high company growth per the FSS Business Unit's plan. The role demands a focused effort on boosting FSS brand awareness and demand in Indonesia.
A primary go-to-market (GTM) and business development role for UCT Fluid Solutions in the Oil and Gas industry. Responsible for business development and growth of UCT Fluid Solutions in Indonesia. The incumbent will maintain a keen understanding of UCT FS product technology, industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment, relating them to expected growth and customer attrition within the territory mainly by expanding the company's business reach.
The Local Business Development Manager will collaborate effectively with site personnel managing existing accounts, providing local meeting support and technical assistance as needed.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a technological company, preferably in the Oil and Gas or instrumentation industry.
