Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Visit dealers to ensure monthly contracts are met, achieve sales targets, and maintain good relationships.
  2. Track and monitor daily sales activities and report to the Branch Manager.
  3. Monitor sales progress and update according to sales forecasts.
  4. Ensure achievement of contracts, campaigns, and all dealer targets.
  5. Update the branch monthly report, including branch achievement, condition, dealer PSI, and other brand activities.
  6. Update daily and monthly branch reports on achievements and conditions.
  7. Ensure dealers purchase products by issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
  8. Manage product returns that do not meet specifications.
  9. Prepare counter-invoices, including invoices and travel documents.
  10. Support administration of rebates and ensure completeness of documents such as invoices.
  11. Facilitate sell-through products from dealers to sub-dealers or shops.
  12. Handle dealer complaints effectively.
  13. Perform daily PO and sales forecasting.
  14. Check the price list of all products before distribution to dealers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the home appliances industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, with a hands-on approach.
  • Flexible, adaptable to change, capable of handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to make critical decisions and handle stress effectively.
  • Persuasive, innovative, and communicative.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with numbers.
  • Willing to travel.
