Role Description

Japan Conditioning Academy (JCA), a prestigious Pilates Instructor Specialist Academy from Japan, offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. As a Business Development Staff member, you will play a vital role in shaping JCA's future and making a significant impact on the lives of aspiring Pilates instructors.

  1. Spearhead Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand the client base and meet revenue targets.
  2. Gain Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather competitor intelligence, identify lucrative opportunities, and guide growth strategies.
  3. Foster Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build a sustainable, thriving organization.
  4. Optimize Operations: Oversee day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring, ensuring operational efficiency.
