As a Business Development Lead, you will be in charge of driving business growth within the company for our Indonesian operations. Quick wits, problem solving and a team first mentality will be critical to your success. What you’ll do:

• Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
• Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
• Sales standards: identify, build, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
• Performance: Lead and develop a high caliber sales team that is driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives
• High-profile sales clients: Develop new and existing relationships with high-potential clients who are widely known to have delivery needs in the market.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience (Startup/logistics industry is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university
• Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills
• Experience in API and e-commerce business is a plus
• Experience in operating Salesforce or any CRM tools
• Experience with data and growth metrics
• Indonesian native, with fluency in English is required
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
