A leading healthcare company in Indonesia is looking for a proactive Business Development & KOL Specialist to enhance its home medical device business. The ideal candidate will excel in establishing key relationships and executing business strategies within the e-commerce landscape, particularly on platforms like Shopee and TikTok. This role demands a blend of strategic execution and marketing support skills to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development & KOL Specialist to support the growth of our home medical device business in Indonesia. This role focuses on executing business development strategies, managing relationships with key partners and KOLs, and supporting digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia) and social media (TikTok). The ideal candidate will combine strategic execution skills with a focus on expanding market presence and brand awareness.
Identify and engage with potential resellers, distributors, and partners to drive sales in Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
Support the implementation of sales and partnership strategies developed by the manager.
Monitor sales performance and assist in developing improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing proposals and business presentations.
Assist in sourcing and coordinating with KOLs/influencers for product campaigns.
Support the execution of KOL campaigns on TikTok, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Play, and Instagram.
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and suggest optimization opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with KOLs to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and product promotions.
Assist in tracking stock levels, logistics, and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights into market trends.
Compile and submit regular sales and campaign performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics and campaign outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, KOL management, or sales in e-commerce, consumer health, or home medical devices sectors.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia) and social media (TikTok) is essential.
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytics tools.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
