Job Description
  • Ensure promo reconciliation is done by Finance.
  • Ensure platform promo is created by respective partners with the correct scheme & landing pages.
  • Recap monthly promotions that require setup from our internal marketing tools (liaise with Business Support).
  • Confirmation Letter or legal documents creation & liaising with Legal.
  • Customer complaints handling (including long-term improvement plan) (liaise with Product & CS).
  • Create monthly promo proposal to PayLater partner with guidance from supervisor.
  • Liaise with partners to negotiate promotion schemes based on our objectives with guidance from supervisor.
Qualifications
  • 1.5-2.5 years experience in business or marketing-related jobs.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from any major from a reputable university.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. He/she is responsible for identifying discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies and taking corrective action.
  • Negotiation skills when dealing with monthly promotion planning and reaching agreements with partners and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently managing operations is essential for delivering products and services effectively.
  • Able to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, with guidance.
