Business Development (IT Outsource)

Min 2 - 3 years proven sales experience in IT Outsource/Recruitment Services, Project Staffing.

Good business acumen and written and verbal communication skills.

Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Word & Excel.

Exposure to using CRM applications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day to day sales operations.
2. Hands-on business development from cold calling, conduct client meetings and presentations, and lead to closure.
3. Close coordination with the delivery team to coordinate and cater to client requirements.
4. Develop new clients and manage existing client relationships for repeat business.
5. Good experience in working with requests for proposal/quotations (RFP/RFQ).
6. Experience in leading and managing teams.
7. Follow up on invoicing and collection.
8. Regular reporting on performance KPI.
