Business Development Head

• Identify and research new business opportunities
• Experienced handling customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC industries.
• Develop and execute the strategy to penetrate the newly identified business opportunities
• Explore new indirect sales channels through business partnerships and collaborations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Branding through direct marketing activities
• Focuses on developing the business in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pertamina, Smelter, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
  

Qualification & Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in all major - Engineering background is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development position
• Able to work systematically with good data management
• Have good communication & networking skills
