Job Description:
As a Business Development professional, you will play a critical role in driving client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients, introduce our recruitment services, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively reach out to prospective clients through phone calls and other communication channels.
2. Present and promote our headhunting services effectively to potential clients.
3. Identify client needs and tailor solutions to match their recruitment goals.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in a CRM system.
5. Meet or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and engagement.
6. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role (call center, telesales, business development, or recruitment).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must.
4. Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and practices is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Professional demeanor with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
