Elabram Systems is looking for a Business Development Surabaya who is passionate about driving results and expanding business opportunities. Join our dynamic Surabaya team to promote our SaaS and service-based solutions to a growing portfolio of clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating tailored sales strategies, and contributing to a company’s long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Offer Elabram’s SaaS and Services products to B2B clients, including corporates and startups

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Prepare customized and persuasive sales presentations

Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop winning proposals and pitches

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Experience in selling SaaS products is a must

Prior experience engaging decision-makers such as HR Managers, CEOs, and IT Managers

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Domiciled in or around Surabaya
