Job description

Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be in charge of generating revenue/sales from international prospects that are provided by the company, primarily from Singapore.

Location of the job will be in Indonesia & Singapore.

Experienced OR Fresh Graduates are welcome. Two main qualifications are being an overseas graduate and being well-versed in English.

Job Description:

  1. Generate revenue from prospects met
  2. Meet and pitch to potential clients, both online and offline
  3. Present product, solve prospect's problems and pitch solutions to prospects
  4. Develop and maintain client relationships
  5. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  6. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  7. Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  8. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  9. Track and report on the status of proposal components
  10. Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  11. Drive the end-to-end sales process
  12. Prepare and submit sales contracts

Qualifications:

  1. Must be well-versed in English both conversationally and professionally
  2. Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus
  3. This role is also open for fresh graduates
  4. Note that this role is preferable for overseas graduates
  5. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  6. Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  7. Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
