Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and strategic partners.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with company goals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients and partners.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on business development performance.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and strategic partners
- Develop and implement outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)

- Negotiate and close deals aligned with company goals
Account & Partner Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients and partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Ensure partner satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate internal resources to support partner needs
Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to the overall business development and partnership strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align messaging and delivery
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on business development performance
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (internship experience also considered)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
