Business Development Executive

Job Description:

Join us as a Business Development Executive and become the spark behind our next big project. You'll be at the forefront of identifying growth opportunities, forging connections with potential clients, and showcasing how our creative and marketing solutions can make a real impact. From initiating conversations to shaping proposals, you'll play a vital role in driving new business and bringing bold ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients who are a great fit for our services

  • Attend networking events, follow leads, and build lasting connections

  • Engage prospects and present agency services in a compelling way

  • Work with internal teams to create pitch decks and proposals

  • Keep our pipeline organized and share updates on lead status and next steps

  • Support marketing efforts that attract new business (social, campaigns, partnerships)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area is a plus, but not required

  • 1–3 years in a sales, agency, or client engagement role is a plus

  • Passion for creativity, design, and experiential work

  • Strong verbal and written communicator who enjoys meeting new people

  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated

  • Organized and persistent with a positive, team-first attitude
