Job description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound search, scheduling meetings, leading the preparation and delivery of proposals, and owning the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Focus on client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, media plans, and service offers that align with client needs and company objectives. Develop business presentations and cost estimates to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients and assist with agreement preparation, ensuring a smooth transition from deal closure to execution by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate client data and records in the CRM system, and consistently update the existing sales pipeline to identify high-conversion opportunities and address bottlenecks.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients to identify new business opportunities, gather insights on evolving client needs, and ensure alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions.
  • Identify and nurture strategic relationships with external partners or industry networks to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • Conduct tactical research on digital marketing trends, client industry developments, and competitor activities to support targeted pitching strategies and client acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing or within a Creative Agency is a plus.
  • Experience in creating media plans and proposals.
  • Accustomed to independently conducting outreach and lead generation through research and cold approaches.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare quotations and technical proposals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with CRM, Lead Project Manager, and service teams.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setting at the head office in Bandung.
