We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong finance background to lead a team in driving strategic growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. This role combines business development leadership with financial insight to support data-driven decision-making and high-impact growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the process of creating a project feasibility study
• Assisting in the bunker tender process for ships
• Assisting in analyzing and making financial investment decisions
• Assisting superiors with permit processing and tax reporting
• Supervise a business development team focused on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the financial sector (e.g., B2B clients, investors, institutional partners)
• Analyze financial data and market trends to assess business performance and uncover growth opportunities
• Support pricing strategies, budgeting, and ROI assessments for potential deals and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with finance, strategy, and product teams to align business goals with financial targets
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and prepare detailed performance and financial reports for senior management
• Assist in negotiating contracts, investment proposals, and partnership agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers
• Represent the company at financial conferences, industry events, and investor meetings

Qualifications:
