Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our business portfolio and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing long-term client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of professional services. Your strategic insight and strong market knowledge will be key to our sustained success in the competitive Indonesian market.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive market research, networking, and targeted lead generation campaigns.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively convey the value of Okusi Associates’ full suite of services.
  4. Deal Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate business deals and close transactions to achieve or surpass established sales targets.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for growth within the corporate advisory sector.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and effective execution of projects.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a Business Development role or a similar capacity.
  • Age of 28 years or older.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation with a record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, along with a strong understanding of PHP and MySQL databases. Experience with custom CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • A thorough understanding of the corporate support services industry, particularly with regard to Indonesian business regulations and PMA company management.
