Business Development Executive (Indonesia - Malaysia IVF Center)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis
    1. Conduct in-depth market research on fertility trends, competition, and patient demand in Indonesia.
    2. Analyze patient demographics, preferences, and key factors influencing their choice of fertility treatments.
    3. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from Indonesia for the IVF center in Malaysia.
    4. Utilize online and offline channels, including digital marketing, referrals, and partnerships, to attract patients.
    5. Convert leads into confirmed appointments and treatments at the Malaysia center.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients from Indonesia.
    2. Provide personalized support, addressing patient concerns, treatment options, and the overall journey.
    3. Ensure high patient satisfaction and follow up for referrals.
  3. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
    1. Identify and establish partnerships with doctors, hospitals, fertility clinics, travel agencies, and influencers in Indonesia.
    2. Develop referral programs and exclusive tie-ups to enhance patient flow from Indonesia to Malaysia.
  4. Marketing & Brand Awareness
    1. Develop localized marketing strategies to target Indonesian patients.
    2. Create engaging content, social media campaigns, and advertisements in Indonesian language.
    3. Organize online and offline seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate potential patients about IVF treatments in Malaysia.
  5. Travel & Medical Tourism Facilitation
    1. Assist Indonesian patients with travel arrangements.
  6. Budget & Performance Management
    1. Develop and manage the business development budget for Indonesia.
    2. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient inquiries, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  7. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Marketing
    1. Ensure all sales and marketing efforts comply with both Indonesian and Malaysian healthcare regulations.
    2. Maintain ethical marketing practices while promoting fertility treatments.
  8. Expansion Opportunities
    1. Explore opportunities for expanding services in Indonesia through satellite offices, consultation centers.
    2. Identify high-potential cities in Indonesia for focused marketing efforts.
  9. Provide regular reports on market trends, patient insights, and sales performance.
  10. Gather patient feedback to improve services and marketing approaches.
  11. Stay updated on fertility treatment advancements to effectively communicate with potential patients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing (preferably in fertility/IVF services).
  • Strong network in the Indonesian healthcare industry (OB-GYNs, clinics, hospitals).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willingness to travel between Indonesia and Malaysia as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.

Remuneration and incentive package:

Basic salary: IDR12,500,000 per month

Incentive: IDR7,400,000 per month upon target achievement
