What Will You Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Present and promote company IT solutions (software, infrastructure, services) to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that meet client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Track sales metrics and report regularly on performance, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

What Will You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software development, cloud solutions, or enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling B2B IT solutions or SaaS products.
  • Existing network or client base in relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
