Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving and managing inbound sales requests through telephone, live chat, and email.
  2. Support potential and existing customers by addressing inquiries related to Exabytes’ offerings, pricing, and service availability.
  3. Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to recommend suitable products or services. Qualify leads using the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  4. Take on the role of Account Manager by consistently nurturing relationships with customers within their assigned S-Team list.
  5. Actively records all sales-related activities in the CRM system (Freshsales).
  6. Provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to management in the ETC format to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and active listening skills, with a solid ability to conduct discovery to uncover customer needs and pain points.
  2. Skilled in prospecting and identifying potential clients, with strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
  3. Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate win-win outcomes.
  4. Candidates with cPanel Sales Professional Certification are highly desirable.
  5. Plesk Obsidian Associate certification is a plus.
  6. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is required/preferred.
