Job description

Shyft Global Services identifies, develops, and manages multiple relationships at the corporate management level to position overall value to the organization, providing a direct point of contact for strategic medical technologies and driving strategic relationships with management through direction and plan implementation to maximize market share.

What You'll Do

Creates and owns customer business plans and pricing models that include:

  • Shyft Value proposition and offerings
  • Geographic coverage mapping
  • Comprehensive marketing plans for new business, installed base, renewals, annuities, and program expansion
  • Establishing quarterly and annual sales goals, reporting, and review of actual vs. goals, including solutions path engagement, training, and certification schedules
  • Monthly sales reviews and action item tracking
  • Quarterly business reviews with BU management and supplier teams to increase account coverage
  • Developing and strengthening executive-level customer relationships to grow share of wallet and improve customer satisfaction by integrating more Shyft-branded services
  • Identifying sales leads through corporate management, developing operational plans, and advocating Shyft capabilities at customer and management levels
  • Proactively communicating with customers to identify satisfaction issues and root causes
  • Collaborating with Business Unit owners to design corrective action plans
  • Coordinating action plan requirements with support groups and managing customer strategy
  • Ensuring cross-divisional teamwork to leverage value and achieve the customer's business vision

What We're Looking For

  • Expert knowledge of assigned product/service lines and understanding of their integration within the broader organization, typically managing large or complex accounts
  • Ability to work independently with considerable latitude in approach
  • Maintaining excellent rapport with clients and engaging with prospects to expand customer base and sales
  • Impactful actions influencing organizational success and customer relationships
  • Strong business and financial acumen, capable of leveraging customer P&L and balance sheets to demonstrate value

Work Experience

  • 6+ years in enterprise sales; technology or solution-based selling experience is encouraged but not required
  • Experience working with technology OEMs

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills

Distinguishing Characteristics

  • Expertise in services programs and processes across multiple brands
  • Ability to interface with increasingly complex customer engagements, typically handling diverse strategic accounts
  • Responsible for selling products/services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing ones, usually in large, complex accounts

Salary Range

The actual annual compensation will depend on location, experience, education, and skills, with a starting base salary of $128,000 and a substantial incentive component.
