The Role

  1. Develop sales and marketing strategies, plans, projections, and budgets to achieve the EMEA region's new business targets, aligned with management objectives.
  2. Oversee efforts of the new business and Client Service Teams, guiding them in developing strategic approaches to new opportunities.
  3. Stay informed about industry sectors, current trends, and identify potential new business areas.
  4. Develop awareness of the 2D and 3D branded environment marketplace, recognizing trends, opportunities, and threats.
  5. Research and understand potential clients’ businesses, market positions, and brand identity changes to tailor service offerings and messaging.
  6. Build and maintain high-level networking relationships within client organizations.
  7. Collaborate with regional offices to identify global prospects, share intelligence, and develop proposals and best practices.
  8. Report progress and results to the Managing Director.

Candidates should have experience at the C-suite level, with backgrounds in retail, corporate, or interiors considered.
