Job description

This role will be reporting to the President Director whilst liaising with other members of the Board of Directors and will manage approximately 5 Heads of Business Development.

Role & Responsibility:

  1. To set sales targets & develop sales strategies for all channels and to ensure great execution.
  2. To create new market penetration strategies based on business challenges and needs of our clients.
  3. Optimizing & growing existing business opportunities while developing new ones.
  4. To maintain relationships with C-level executives and obtain buy-in on sales strategy.
  5. Direct & develop the team of Business Development in pursuit of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree (business major) from an overseas university or a highly reputable Indonesian university.
  2. Minimum 15 years of working experience within sales/business development area, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role from a consulting company, banking, or other relevant industry/company.
  3. Strong target orientation and strong intrapreneurship orientation.
  4. Excellent leadership skills.
  5. Exceptional analytical thinking.
  6. Excellent selling skills and high customer service orientation.
  7. Great networking in business associations.
  8. Willingness to travel around Indonesia & overseas.
