Job Descriptions
  • Research companies to identify potential clients.
  • Establish relationships with potential managers or CEOs.
  • Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and schedule introductory meetings.
  • Make cold and warm calls to follow up and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing, including demos.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies to optimize success.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to relay product feedback and feature requests.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow our footprint in Accounting or HR Software markets.
  • Work with marketing to generate and qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize strong selling skills to set qualified appointments.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact records.
  • Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with mid-level and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, result-focused, and competitive.
  • Motivated to achieve results and continuously improve.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products to SMEs/SMBs is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas is a plus.
  • Proficient with productivity tools and web presentation software.
  • Positive attitude, proactive hustle, resilience, and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of self-management.
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small, distributed team environment.
