Responsibilities

Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the official distributor of K18 and GHD in Indonesia—two of the most iconic professional haircare brands in the world. We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Consultant to help us accelerate growth in the professional (B2B) sales channel, particularly by expanding our presence in salons and beauty service businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute strategic business plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new salon partners and professional clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and support.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and coordinate technical trainings for salon professionals.
  • Monitor client sales performance and provide data-driven insights and improvement plans.
  • Ensure clients are knowledgeable and confident in recommending our retail products to their own customers.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, including sales history, contact information, and unique business needs.
  • Proactively respond to client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

You’re The Right Fit If You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably with a track record in modern retail and beauty industry.
  • Experience working in or with beauty brands is a strong advantage.
  • Proven background in B2B sales, particularly in environments where your clients have their own end customers (e.g., salon-to-customer / retail-to-customer flow).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve client performance.
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented attitude, with a strong drive for results and revenue growth

  • You’ll consistently hit or exceed revenue targets across your assigned territory or client list.
  • You’ll develop a strong portfolio of high-performing salon partners who actively recommend and retail our products.
  • You’ll build a reliable sales pipeline, with measurable contribution to our market expansion goals.
  • You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients and a key growth engine for the company
