Job Description
  • Building Acquisition & Achieve Building Target: Lead the end-to-end process of prospecting, approaching, negotiating, and closing deals with building decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute creative acquisition strategies to secure new locations.
Client Relationship
  • Engage with key decision-makers to obtain permissions for installing media assets.
  • Maintain good relationships with building management, including site visits and quality checks, to ensure client satisfaction.
Administration & Data Management
  • Prepare necessary documents such as deal forms, LOIs, and proposals for management approval and contract creation.
  • Coordinate with Legal for cooperation agreements.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with building management for long-term collaboration.
  • Manage renewal processes, including service evaluations and negotiations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in building acquisition, property negotiation, real estate sales, or business development in the commercial property sector.
  • Strong network within office towers, apartments, or commercial property management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
