Job summary
A leading company in the Bearing industry is seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales & Marketing professional to perform market research, develop strategies, and build relationships with clients in the government and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. This role is based in Kemayoran, North Jakarta.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales & Marketing in the Bearing industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with tenders in Indonesian BUMN/Kementrian preferred.

- Having an expert skill of Communication, Negotiation, Analyzing, Concepting and Reporting
- Have a good interpersonal skill in team or individual
- Have a good skill to build company strategy & development in Bearing of China Brand
- Experienced in trading Bearing any Specification and Size
- Experienced in getting tenders in Indonesian BUMN/Kementrian is preferred
- Willing to be place in Kemayoran - North Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Perform market research to identify new portfolio opportunities & establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities.
- Preparation and analyze market or competitor situation.
- Penetrate the market selling of Bearing products
- Build good relationship with potential clients in government & Industrial sectors
- Coordinating with related division in unit delivering process to customer.
- Responsible for all sales, strategic marketing activities
- Understand and prepare tender requirements according to the procedures
