Job description

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate investment and partnership opportunities in mining projects across Indonesia (copper, gold, nickel, and bauxite projects).

Build and maintain strong relationships with local mining companies, equipment suppliers, and government agencies.

Support the promotion and sales of mining projects and equipment in the Indonesian market.

Monitor mining policies, market dynamics, and provide regular business intelligence and strategic insights.

Participate in project negotiations, contract execution, and ensure effective project implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Geology, Mining, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or related fields.

Prior experience in business development or sales within the mining or industrial equipment sectors is preferred.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with Indonesia’s mining industry, regulations, and business environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently and work in a multicultural team environment.
