Job summary

A leading cinema company is seeking a Business Analyst to prepare detailed reports supporting business development strategies and conduct research for potential new site expansions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field and at least two years of data analysis experience. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa are essential. This position is based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed analyst reports to support the business development strategy, ensuring all insights align with company objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop proposals for potential new site expansions.
• Manage the investment memo submission process in compliance with the guidelines and requirements set by the Global Cinepolis Headquarter.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill data requirements related to business expansion projects.
• Monitor and analyze competitor expansion and development strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver presentations in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to internal and external parties regarding expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, mall owners, and mall agents, acting as a liaison between the company and mall management for all communications.
