About the job Business Development Analyst

We are looking for an excellent Business Analyst. This role will form apart of the Merchant Development team, within the Market Development Team and will be based inJakarta, Indonesia. This position will be responsible for creating a strategy for select merchants and beinstrumental in helping identify new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functionalstakeholders in developing relevant value propositions and GTM plans, and tracking performance againstobjectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients & stakeholders.
    Account management
  • Led the accounts and sales plan for the allocated accounts ensuring
  • client business objectives are met
  • Execute customized account strategy/ plan to increase the Indepay revenueand market share for select strategic partner accounts
  • Identify the strategic opportunities for Indepay capabilities through a strong understanding ofsegments, and customers' business needs and leveraging Indepay solutions across all productplatforms.
  • Be responsible for business development, negotiation, and signing of proposals by workingclosely with Indepay internal stakeholders and relationships with strategic partner executives
  • Proactively educate about the Indepay Platform on Partner development and market opportunities.
  • Comfortable in working independently and with cross-functional teams across marketing, Product, Market research & technology
  • Excellent analytical, Written, and verbal communication skills, interpersonal & presentationskills with the ability to influence key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed University
  • Business development experience of 3-5 years
  • Financial Services/ Payments industry experience preferred
  • Team oriented, collaborative and ability to work with complex and ambiguous environment
  • Proven ability to partner communicate and manage through multiple discipline andorganizational groups
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives
  • Experience managing up building executive level communications and delivering presentation
