Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify, evaluate, and deeply engage with target potential companies for acquisition opportunities in the IT sector.
2. Create an IT collaboration hypothesis in detail with potential companies.
3. Conduct PoCs in some cases and communicate with the Japan team.
4. Retrieve detailed on-the-ground information of target companies using connections.
5. Support the preparation of proposals for additional IT business development.
6. Perform deeper company analysis and negotiations during the DD phase, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Must have approximately 10 years of experience in System Integration or cybersecurity business in Indonesia/Southeast Asia, in roles such as business development, management, sales, or pre-sales.
2. Strong understanding of IT business models and market dynamics.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English at the business level.
4. Basic finance knowledge, such as analyzing financial statements.
5. Connections and relationships with key IT companies in the industry.
6. Experience doing business with Telcos, BFSI, Healthcare, or SOEs.
