- Acquire, liaise, and maintain relationships with local merchants.
- Provide merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax processes.
- Propose and lead implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top-line metrics.
- Support program promotion, media communication placement, and sales improvement through merchant engagement.
- Identify, research, and maintain relationships with merchants.
- Analyze market updates, develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity.
- Research ways to increase the value of our products for clients, including addressing missing features, improvements, and client feedback.
- Create partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, or other regional partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of both our products and our partners' products to foster successful collaborations.
- Prepare engaging and accurate customized presentations for potential partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Diploma Degree from any major.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial company.
- Vast network with local brands and retail merchants is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
