The role involves acquiring, liaising, and maintaining relationships with local merchants. Responsibilities include merchant training on Indodana products, merchant dashboard, and basic tax processes. You will propose and implement new and recurring merchant programs to enhance company revenue, support program promotion media communication, and improve sales.
Additional duties involve identifying and researching merchant needs, analyzing market updates, developing sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activities. You will also research ways to increase the value of our products through features, improvements, and client feedback. Creating partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, and other regional partners is essential. A deep understanding of both our products and our partners' offerings is necessary to foster successful collaborations. Preparing customized presentations for potential partners is also part of the role.
