A leading digital solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to identify new enterprise software opportunities and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT/SaaS sector. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in enterprise software, digital transformation, and cloud consulting. Manage pipeline and craft tailored proposals.
Account Management: Own key client relationships, drive satisfaction, and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Market Strategy: Track trends, competitors, and customer needs. Work with marketing on campaigns and share feedback with internal teams.
Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales goals, provide forecasts, and close deals in line with company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management (IT/SaaS preferred)
Strong sales track record, communication, and client management skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Able to translate technical concepts into business value
Preferred
Experience with enterprise clients (e.g., banking, government)
Familiarity with CRM tools and solution selling
