Looyal is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. We have two main products: Woogigs.com, a Point of Sale (POS) system, and Wooblazz.com, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Our solutions help businesses streamline their operations, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer relationships.

Job Description:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by approaching potential clients.
  2. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, customer support) to align business strategies and optimize client experience.
  5. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights for business development strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (especially in B2B) is a plus.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  5. Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  7. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  8. Willing to travel for client meetings and business networking events.
