Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  2. Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve business development targets, helping to meet overall company goals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and share insights. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  6. Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for new clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead progress within the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
  1. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret market data and financial reports.
  2. Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  3. Lead Generation: proven track record of generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Market Research: experience in conducting market research to identify customer preferences and competitor analysis.
  5. Customer Service: experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients and addressing customer needs.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
  7. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
