We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to grow our client base and expand market presence. Whether it's placing top talent or delivering standout digital solutions, your role is to connect the right services to the right clients—helping brands grow and scale with our agency’s support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries (hospitality, tech FMCG, startups, etc.)
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals based on client needs (recruitment or digital marketing services)
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a seamless client onboarding and project handover process
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business forums to generate leads and boost visibility
  • Track sales metrics and report on pipeline performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, client hiring patterns, and digital marketing developments
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and branding strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within a recruitment firm or digital/creative agency for minimum 3 years
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and sell both people-based (talent recruitment) and solution-based (digital services) offerings
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and a fast-paced agency environment
