Convergence is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in business development. The individual should be able to think strategically, create and execute plans, and be able to build relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Business Opportunities:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Business Development Strategy:
    • Develop business plans and strategies to achieve growth targets.
    • Identify market trends and develop strategies to respond to changes.
  • Negotiation and Sales:
    • Present products/services to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage business development projects from inception to completion.
    • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
    • Handle customer complaints and feedback for service improvement.
Job Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Economics or Communication.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in industries such as E-Commerce, Finance, BPO, Government sector, or Healthcare.
