Location: Belawan, Medan

Arbeit Group on behalf of our client, a multinational Finance-Logistics company, is now hiring a Business Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market and shipping industry research.
2. Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
3. Promote company products/services.
4. Support marketing strategy and report development.

Requirements:

1. 2 years’ experience in logistics (Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply).
2. Own transportation & open to frequent travel.
3. Independent, self-driven, and proactive.
4. Strong communication & networking skills.
5. Good project management & analytical thinking.
6. Good in English.
