  • Finding and approaching potential clients or business partners, often through networking, cold calling, or digital channel.
  • Presenting the company's products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new clients.
  • Developing strategies to enter new markets, expand the company's reach, or improve existing business models.
  • Manage the daily sales and marketing performance of multiple branches.
  • Ensure each branch meets its student enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive student acquisition and retention.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Job Qualifications
