Qualifications & experience

At least posses bachelor's degree majoring in Economy, Business, or Marketing (Preferably)

Fluent in English, Fluent Mandarin are preferable

Having knowledge in feasibility study

At least 1 year working in Business Development or related field is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point)

Understand business trends in E-Commerce industry like TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc. (especially in the local market)

Have a good skills to find potential business partner

Good negotiation and communication skill

Creative, innovative, and self-motivated

Tasks & responsibilities

Find and make a cooperation with clients / potential business partners (especially in local brands)

Create and develop company business plans and business forecasts

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer requirements and feedback on market’s information

Conduct daily negotiations with KOLs, Key Account customers, and corporate partners to achieve fair and effective results

Identify business trends in the E-Commerce industry (especially in local markets)

Provide insight into product development and company business strategy

Meet with potential principals to discuss company offerings and negotiate business deals
