Fluent Staff is a start-up, language and hospitality training provider based in Bali, Indonesia. We offer customizable English and Chinese language courses specifically designed to enhance the communication skills of hospitality and tourism staff. Our instructors empower personnel from various sectors such as F&B, Housekeep, Front Office, SPA&Wellness, Clinics&Hospitals, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Developer B2B (Hospitality), located in Bali with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients in the hospitality sector, and providing tailored language and training solutions to meet the needs of our clients. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field is preferred

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. (But we are open to bright, quick-to-learn, fresh graduates too)

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Presentable look & voice. (You will be the face of the company)

• Ability to work independently. Organized, with good time-management skills, submiting reports on time.

Jobs Structure & Responsibilities

• Working Hours: Flexible working hours, depending on the clients meeting.

• Coverage Area: Bali (especially high-tourism areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Pererenan, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Sanur, etc)

Prospecting: Contact at least 25 new prospects daily via phone, email, or walk-in visits (hotels, resorts, restaurants) Present our English training services using provided sales materials

• Follow-up & Closing: Follow-up within 3 days after every presentation. Close at least 3 new clients per month

• Reporting: Fill out a daily activity report (leads, meetings, status) Submit a weekly summary of progress and challenge

• Sales Closings: Min. 3 new clients a month

Compensation System

• Basic Salary: IDR 4,000,000 / month (1 month probation, comission paid only )

• Comission: 15% of each closed sale, increases to 20% if monthly sales exceed IDR 100 million. (1 sale on average can vary between IDR 10 million - IDR 80 million)

Sales bonus: IDR 1.000.000 for 3+ client closing per month

• Transport Allowance: IDR 500,000 / month
