Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Ensure financial compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Drive performance analysis and support pricing, margin, and revenue strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to deliver insights that elevate profitability.
- Champion process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting accuracy.
- Enforce internal controls, support audits, and guard against fraud and risk.
- Align team culture with Meratus Groups values, promoting collaboration and innovation.
What You Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters Preferred.
- 8-15 years' experience in financial management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Strong command of data analytics, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Familiarity with tax, corporate law, and capital expenditure evaluation.
- Proficiency in change management, business process improvement (P3W), and automation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Resilience in problem-solving, leadership, and navigating complex challenges.
