Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Jakarta Timur is looking for a Business Continuity Specialist. The role involves creating strategies for disaster management, ensuring effective communication during crises, and training employees on the Business Continuity Plan. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing, with a strong understanding of ISO standards and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG/Manufacturing as Business Continuity Specialist/Risk Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of Business Continuity (ISO 22301), Risk Management Method (ISO 31000, COSO).

Responsibilities

• Create a strategy to address disasters and threats.
• Ensure coordination and communication during and after disasters.
• Conduct training for employee awareness related to BCP.
• Periodically test BCP for effectiveness.

Job Description:

• Creating a comprehensive strategy to address various types of disaster (accidents, natural disasters, and cyber attacks)
• Identifying potential threats and evaluating the impact on business (including financial and reputational impacts)
• Ensuring effective coordination between departments and clear communication during and after disaster
• Conducting training to increase employee's awareness related to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Periodically testing the BCP to ensure its effectiveness

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor of Finance/Accounting/Management/Mathematics/Statistic/Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of FMCG/Manufactory as Business Continuity Specialist/Risk Management
• Have comprehensive understanding related to Business Continuity (ISO 22301), Risk Management Method (ISO 31000, COSO, etc)
• Have a good Problem Solving skill, Communication skill, Interpersonal skill, Analytical skill, Critical and strategic thinking skill
