BusinessKids is a comprehensive entrepreneurial development program for children aged 4-14 years, which develops the entrepreneurial spirit in children, through classes, seminars and the BusinessKids magazine. Established since 2011 in Mexico, Business Kids is now coming to Indonesia through a local partnership and we are looking for the right minded people to help us grow our presence in Indonesia.

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs? BusinessKids Center is seeking an energetic and creative Business Consultant (teacher) to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead fun, interactive classes for children aged 4-14, teaching them foundational business concepts through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities. Our curriculum is built on four pillars—Personal Development, Business Knowledge, Financial Education, and Social Consciousness—and we need someone who can bring these ideas to life for young learners.

We’re looking for a candidate aged 20-35 with a knack for business administration, entrepreneurship and/or economics, a love for working with children, and an enthusiasm for making learning exciting.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and Lead Classes: Deliver engaging lessons to groups of children aged 4-14, using the BusinessKids curriculum to introduce concepts like entrepreneurship, money management, teamwork, and social responsibility through games, projects, and discussions.

Facilitate Activities: Guide kids through hands-on activities from our activity manual, adapting your approach to suit different age groups and learning styles.

Simplify Business Concepts: Break down ideas from business administration and economics into fun, age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.

Inspire and Engage: Foster a positive, encouraging environment where children feel excited to learn, collaborate, and explore their potential as future business leaders.

Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other staff to plan class schedules, prepare materials, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for students and parents.

Customized Solution: Provide Clients (BusinessKids students) with business solutions tailored to their business and action plan.

Support Growth: Observe and provide feedback on children’s progress, celebrating their achievements and helping them build confidence. and maintain strong relationships with BusinessKids Indonesia students and parents.

Goals oriented: Help and ensure clients (BusinessKids Indonesia students) meet their end goal (establish a Business Idea into fruition) by providing recommendations based on market research.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English : Able to speak, read, write and lead the class in the English Language.

Education: Current university student or graduate with coursework in business administration, economics, or a related field

Age: Between 20 and 35 years old.

Skills: Basic understanding of business and economic concepts (e.g., planning, marketing, finance); ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, playful way.

Passion: Genuine love for working with children and a patient, enthusiastic and positive attitude, role model material.

Communication: Strong verbal skills to connect with kids, parents, and colleagues.

Experience: Minimum 1 year job experience in education and/or consulting required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Teamwork and leadership : The capacity to lead and work as part of a team.

Analytical Problem Solving: capacity to find unique solutions to problems presented by the client.

Creative and well informed: As a Business consultant, you are expected to be creative and able to spark creativity from the client, furthermore he/she must be adept with the current business trend and technologies.
